The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, transcribed below, apply to all sales provided by Torricella Ettorino s.r.l. through its own domain www.torricellastore.it and www. Torricellastore.com

The user who purchased products through the site www.torricellastore.com has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Torricella Ettorino srl, without any penalty within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified (art. 52 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014). The decree in question allows the right of withdrawal to all natural persons, or to all those who act for purposes not related to their professional activity (article 1469 bis of the civil code).

The withdrawal must be exercised by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to Torricella Ettorino s.r.l., to the following address:

Withdrawal must be communicated, always in accordance with the 7-days deadline indicated above, also by e-mail to the following address: info@torricellastore.it.

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed the payments you have made on our behalf, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 days from the day we received the product you returned.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you have made the payment by cash or by bank transfer, you must also indicate us an IBAN with the relevant holder, on which you will receive a refund. The possibility remains of accepting other commercial offers in progress or requesting a voucher of the same value as the refund.

Please send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. 

Please note that the consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of goods other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

We inform you that we only accept NEW products, that have NOT been USED, perfectly INTEGRATED and with a label that has not been removed, make sure, therefore, to pack the products with the utmost care and ordinary diligence.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, so they must be returned intact, not used, or damaged.

The application of the aforementioned procedure is excluded to subjects not classifiable as consumers, who acts for purposes related to their professional activity, that is, who carries out an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.Please note that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications, to customized products or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
