The Kaptive line combines safety (protection), trekking (stability) and running (agility and style) in a single solution with a dynamic and sporty look. It is the revolutionary technology developed by Base Protection for the new Kaptiv® shoe line.

I-daptive® is the intelligent system that adapts to the foot to offer you an incredible feeling of dynamic comfort.

The i-daptive® system operates on several levels:

• gives stability to the foot and in the case of small lateral oscillations, corrects the axis of the foot, bringing it back to an optimal position;
• facilitates walking by giving fluidity to the heel-to-toe transition, through a modular pattern called "variable geometry";
• adapts to soil deformities, acting as an active suspension that cushions and reduces the repercussions on the stability of the foot.

i-daptive® has a variable behavior that changes according to the type of work, to guarantee safety and comfort in every "asset".

1) SUSTAINABILITY OF THE MOVEMENTS The system gradually absorbs the energy produced by the impact between the foot and the impact surface, minimizing the feeling of shock.2) DISSIPATE THE ENERGY by lightening the joints and restoring the optimal biomechanical conditions. The stronger the impact, the more the system dissipates energy.3) IT STABILIZES THE FOOT The system constantly restores the foot even during supination and pronation movements with a benefit for the joints of the body.

Dual density sole: PU / HRO rubber. Sole with maximum grip that guarantees extra grip during flexion thanks to the typical cross cuts of professional boat shoes.
